So.....

After going through all the schools, we discovered there was only 1 school that needed to hear by April 1st, so, we have a couple more weeks to decide. But, since we were at it, we narrowed it down:
ASU
George Mason Univ in DC area
Temple Univ in Philadelphia
There you have it! Those are the top three. Kyle has wanted to go to the east for a very long time, but the weather and proximity to most of our family at ASU is considerable as well. Updates to follow.
~~News on the homefront~~~
-My family is expanding. I have one new niece and a nephew on the way very soon!
-Hallee is in the potty training process. Not fun. Slightly successful.
-We will be moving Hallee out of a crib and into a bed in about a week. Madeline is busting out of her bassinet. It's time.
-I am still waiting for that last 8 lbs to come off. Wish me luck.
-Maddie is over 4 months old already....can you believe it??? I can't. Where did the time go?
That's about it. Nothing that fun or exciting is going on. Mostly just stressing and freaking out about where we will be moving in 4 months!
Here are a couple pics of Hallee loving being a big sister. These were taken in mid-February.

Where to go, what to do?

So, here is the list of all the Law schools we have been accepted to thus far:
University of St. Thomas - Indianapolis
Univ. of Richmond - VA
Univ. of Santa Clara - CA
Univ of Miami
Arizona State Univ
Brooklyn Univ - NY
Temple Univ - PA
Pepperdine - CA
George Mason Univ - VA
Univ of Indiana
and on the waiting list for Washington and Lee Univ.
We were rejected from:
George Washington Univ - DC
Univ of Virginia
BUT we are still waiting to hear from:
UCLA
USC
UT
NYU
BYU
William and Mary - VA/DC (not sure)
Georgetown Univ - VA/DC
Columbia Univ -NY
Maryland Univ
(so basically all of the really BIG, really hard to get into, kind of schools)
We are still not sure where we will be going, and probably wont know until we hear from all of them.... My reasons for posting all of this is to get input and opinions as to where you think we should go. Not that what anyone says will for sure persuade us, but it would just be nice, and interesting to hear other's thoughts and ideas. So let's hear it!

Viva Mexico!

So, last week we went to Mexico for our Anniversary/vacation/tax return celebration! We went to Albuquerque for Kyle's sister, Valerie's, wedding, and from there went down to Rocky Point. Kyle's family has friends with a condo on the beach in Puerto Penasco, a gorgeous 2 bedroom place with a kitchen and balcony looking at the ocean that we were able to stay in. So for 4 days basically we caught up on sleep, layed out at the beach/pool, went shopping almost every day (and got some cute things for a great price!), got a couple's full body massage, ate some AMAZING (did I mention it was AMAZING??) authentic Mexican food, and went on this incredible sunset cruise our last night there. The best part of that cruise was that of the 2 1/2 hours on the boat, for about 1 hour of it there were dolphins swimming along the boat. And not just one or two but about 15 dolphins. It was soooo gorgeous and peaceful and romantic! OH it was so great. It was such a rejuvenating kind of trip. It was so nice to be able to wear shorts and a swimsuit too! Coming back to freezing utah was definitely slightly depressing. So, it was really hard to leave the girls for that long, but it was also worth it! I knew they were fine, it was just weird to not do my daily mommy duties every day and I really missed them SO much.....But anyway, here are some pictures of the exciting adventure.
