We had a lot of fun seeing family and friends. The pictures can pretty much explain the trip.
First we went to Vegas and visited Adam, Annjilla, and Anwen.
Celeste and Brooklyn were there for a day too!
Then we went to Malibu to visit Austin and Sarah! We went to the beach, played games, went to dinner, met some of their friends, and had lots of fun! The beach pics were the best of course!

Oh, then we went to Venice beach and watched all the crazy people but ate some yummy food.
Then we headed down to San Diego, where we stayed with Kyle's Aunt and Uncle and their family in San Marcos. That was tons of fun too! The first day down there we went to the San Diego Zoo, where we got to see Kyle's favorite animal in the entire world. He was soooo excited, just like a little kid.

Anyway, then we went to a beach in Encinitas with Kyle's old mission buddy and his wife, and this friend, Lance, who is a professional surfer, taught Kyle how to surf! They also brought a baby that Christy (hope I spelled that right) nanny's for, and she's only 2 weeks older than Hallee. So we had a lot of fun there too!
Then we spent some time with Kyle's relatives and drove back to Vegas to spend more time with Adam, Annj, and Anwen. It was a really nice and relaxing trip! And we are happy to be home!

Why is everyone getting to go to California except for me? Someday when I'm not so pregnant I will visit SoCal again. I haven't been back there in almost 3 years! WAY too long!!!
We had so much fun with you guys Meg, thanks for making us one of the stops on your fun fun vacation! We loved having you guys, Hallee is just so cute, and that family we went to dinner with can't stop talking about how cute her is and how fun it was to spend time with you guys! Thanks again, hope to see you soon! :)
you forgot to add that your top fell off at the beach! Good thing Kyle was there to rescue you ;) That could have been weird...
Glad you made it up to our neck of the woods. We'll have to drop by Utah some time!
That looks like a ton of fun! I have been begging Rich for a Cali trip, so we are going to try and go this summer. Your baby is so dang cute. Every time Izzy does a big wide mouth smile it reminds me of Halle
